Like those guys Paddy and Nicky said, it really is a GREAT holiday!!! I was there with my (then) boyfriend last February. Ericeira is a really pretty old town right on the coast. Cosey restaurants with delicious food and great shops, for surfers and mortals alike and, lovely old buildings and just lots of prettiness and happiness there! And so close to Lisbon, which is such a plus! The beaches are beautiful and the waves are amazing, but I wasn't even there for the surf!! It's perfect for just a break too. The people are wonderful - so incredfibly friendly and full of life..and helpful!! And the ninthbeach apartment I stayed in was absolutely GORGEOUS and really spacious and fully equipped and with a huge balcony giving a fantastic view!! I'd definitely give the holiday five stars!! I'd love to go there again, just perhaps not with the same person! As a HOLIDAY place though, it's perfect.

This place is brillant. Great apartment with loads of breaks all around. Chilled out seaside village and cool locals aswell. So much better than staying in BnB or camps cos u can just do whatever u want.

5 of us stayed for 2 weeks, surfed everyday, chilled out in 30 degrees sunshine. The apartment is incredible, looking out onto the Atlantic, and the integrated stereo system in every room is a great touch. Get over here if you can
