Nice glasses, but not for surfing - 06 Mar 2010
I was thrilled to have something to protect my eyes for the "evening glass-off", where sun gets low and strong, but these just don't cut it in Central CA's cold water. They fog up, and water droplets make it really hard to see. Anti-fog, rain-x etc. don't work, I tried them. Spit works better than anything, but yoiu have to loosen the leash, and pull them off to get it inside...way too much hassle when you're out surfing. They stay on pretty well, in smaller waves. The best thing I can say is you can take them off and leave them hanging on your neck when you find out they don't work. I don't know how the reviewers managed, the ones that say they work great for surfing, maybe they're better in warmer water.

Seaspecs Ok Silverfish better - 28 Oct 2006
Silverfish.com - they have a superior product. Better quality lens (polycarbonate), better strap system, better ventilation, better looking, etc.

Seaspecs - 27 Jul 2006
Tried my specs out the other days for the first time in the surf, they fell apart when I paddled through a waist high wave and were never to be seen again. Customer service lamentable, they would not replace their faulty product because I had bought my specs in a UK shop and not direct from them even though I had proof of purchase, I had to buy another pair and although they offered a second pair free they sent the wrong ones and put the blame on me for the way in which my e mail messages came back to them. They are now ignoring further correspondence. A very disappointing ordeal throughout.

Sea Specs sunglasses work great while - 28 Jul 2005
I have been wearing my SeaSpecs sunglasses now for about one year and use them while surfing, kitesurfing, kayaking and generally around the water and they work fabulously. I highly recommend Sea Specs to anyone who plans on being around the water in the sun!!
