Portugal's Vasco Ribeiro will face off against America's Dane Zaun in Round 2 of competition

ARPOADOR, Rio de Janeiro / Brazil (Tuesday, October 25, 2011) – The Arnette World Pro Junior is LIVE for the second consecutive day at the lefthand pointbreak of Arpoador in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in clean one-to-three foot waves and today’s proceedings are scheduled to complete Round 2 of men’s competition and potentially move through to Round 1 of women’s action.

Stop No. 2 of 3 on the ASP World Junior Tour, the inaugural Arnette World Pro Junior will play a vital role in deciding the 2011 ASP World Junior Champion.

Yesterday’s competition saw several Brazilian upstarts donate impressive performances to advance directly through to Round 3 over many of the event’s top seeds.
